Frequently asked questions

How much can I borrow with Listo Loans?

Our branch signature loans range from $100 to $1,340 with terms of 4 to 18 months.

Can I get a loan with bad credit?

Bad credit does not automatically disqualify you. We review your application, income, job history and credit. Approval is not guaranteed.

How fast can I get my money?

You can be approved in as little as 15 minutes once your application and documents are complete. You sign the contract and collect your cash at the branch.

Is this a payday loan?

No. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans repaid in scheduled payments over 4 to 18 months — not a single lump sum on your next payday.

Do I need collateral?

No. A signature loan needs no collateral — no car title or property is required.

Can I pay my loan off early?

Yes. There is no prepayment penalty, and paying early saves you the unearned months' interest.

Can I apply online?

Yes. Apply online, call a branch or visit us in person. Online applications are processed through a secure third-party form service.

I'm in the military. Are there special protections?

Yes. Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate to 36%. Please tell us if this applies to you.

Who we are

Listo Loans is a brand of Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file no. 0800671541), with branches at 412 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX 79901 and 500 N. Zaragoza Rd. Ste. Y, El Paso, TX 79907. Loans are made and closed at our El Paso branches. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans under Chapter 342 of the Texas Finance Code. Loan terms

Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,340 with repayment terms of 4 to 18 months, paid in scheduled installments. There is no balloon payment and no prepayment penalty; paying early can reduce the interest you pay. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms may change and depend on your application, income, ability to pay and Texas law. Your exact terms are confirmed at application.

1 Our online application accepts requests from $100 up to $35,000. Larger requests are reviewed through our secure online form service; approval, amount and terms are not guaranteed and may differ from our branch signature loans.

Cost of credit

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule for your loan are disclosed in writing under the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal installment loans can be an expensive form of credit; please review your disclosures and loan agreement carefully and borrow only what you can repay on schedule. Late or missed payments may result in charges permitted by your loan agreement and Texas law.

Approval

Approval is not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review of your application, income, employment, identity and credit. Decision times such as "as little as 15 minutes" are estimates and are not a promise; funding depends on completing verification and signing your loan documents at the branch.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. Submitting it is a request to be contacted and does not create a loan. Information you submit is used to process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, federal law (USA PATRIOT Act) requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other identifying information, and may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Military borrowers

Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) to 36% on covered consumer credit. Please tell us if you or your spouse are on active duty.

Equal credit opportunity

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
