Text Message Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

About our text messages

Listo Loans Management, LLC, doing business as Listo Loans, may send text messages to customers and applicants who have agreed to receive them. This policy explains what we send, how to stop messages and what to expect.

Your consent

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, whether on a form, by phone or in person, you consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive text messages from Listo Loans at that number, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or obtaining a loan or any other product or service. You can apply by phone or in person without agreeing to texts.

What we may send

  • Updates about your application, such as requests for documents or information
  • Appointment and branch visit reminders
  • Payment reminders and account notices
  • Responses to questions you ask us
  • Service and customer care messages

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity, such as the status of your application or loan.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you for texts, but your carrier may.

How to opt out: STOP

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one confirmation message, after which you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You can also call either branch or tell us in person. Opting out of texts does not affect your loan, and we may still contact you by phone or mail about your account.

How to get help: HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call (915) 533-3610 or (915) 201-2550. For Spanish, you can reply AYUDA or ALTO; you may also call and ask for help in Spanish.

Carriers

Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and cannot be guaranteed.

Keeping your number current

Please tell us if you change or give up your mobile number so that messages do not reach someone else. Only give us a number you own or are authorized to use. Do not text sensitive details such as your full Social Security number or bank login information.

Privacy of text messages

We use your number and message content as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Texts can be read by anyone with access to your phone, so please protect your device.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the current version.

Important Disclosures

Who we are

Listo Loans is a brand of Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file no. 0800671541), with branches at 412 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX 79901 and 500 N. Zaragoza Rd. Ste. Y, El Paso, TX 79907. Loans are made and closed at our El Paso branches. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans under Chapter 342 of the Texas Finance Code. We are not a payday lender, an auto title lender or a credit access business (CAB).

Loan terms

Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,340 with repayment terms of 4 to 18 months, paid in scheduled installments. There is no balloon payment and no prepayment penalty; paying early can reduce the interest you pay. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms may change and depend on your application, income, ability to pay and Texas law. Your exact terms are confirmed at application.

Our online application accepts requests from $100 up to $35,000. Larger requests are reviewed through our secure online form service; approval, amount and terms are not guaranteed and may differ from our branch signature loans.

Cost of credit

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule for your loan are disclosed in writing under the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal installment loans can be an expensive form of credit; please review your disclosures and loan agreement carefully and borrow only what you can repay on schedule. Late or missed payments may result in charges permitted by your loan agreement and Texas law.

Approval

Approval is not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review of your application, income, employment, identity and credit. Decision times such as "as little as 15 minutes" are estimates and are not a promise; funding depends on completing verification and signing your loan documents at the branch.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. Submitting it is a request to be contacted and does not create a loan. Information you submit is used to process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, federal law (USA PATRIOT Act) requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other identifying information, and may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Military borrowers

Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) to 36% on covered consumer credit. Please tell us if you or your spouse are on active duty.

Equal credit opportunity

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
