E-Consent

Effective date: September 29, 2026

What this consent covers

The federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) allows a lender to give you certain documents and sign agreements electronically if you agree. This page explains that choice. Your consent is voluntary. You can always ask to receive paper documents and complete your loan in person at a branch.

Records we may deliver electronically

  • Application information and disclosures, including federal Truth in Lending disclosures
  • Loan agreements, payment schedules and related notices
  • Our Privacy Policy and privacy notices
  • Payment receipts, account notices and reminders
  • Adverse action and credit decision notices, where the law allows electronic delivery

Electronic signatures

If you agree, you may sign documents electronically by clicking, typing your name or another electronic method we provide. An electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. Our loans are closed at the branch, and you may sign on paper there instead.

How records may be delivered

Electronic records may be shown at the branch on a screen or tablet, handed to you as a printout, or sent to a contact method you gave us. Text messages are governed separately by our Text Message Policy.

What you need

  • A device such as a computer, phone or tablet with internet access
  • A current web browser and a program that opens PDF files
  • A working phone number or other contact method that you check regularly
  • A way to save or print documents. If you cannot, ask us for paper copies.

If these requirements change in a way that could keep you from viewing your records, we will tell you and you may withdraw consent without charge.

Your right to paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any record at no charge, by phone or in person at either branch. Asking for paper copies does not by itself withdraw your consent.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw consent to electronic records at any time by calling or visiting a branch. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of documents delivered or signed before we process it, and there is no fee. Withdrawing may delay or prevent us from completing a transaction that depends on electronic delivery; you can still complete it on paper in person.

Keeping your contact details current

Please tell us if your phone number, mailing address or other contact information changes so you continue to receive your records.

Your agreement

By agreeing to this consent, you confirm that you have read it, can access and keep electronic records as described, and understand your right to paper copies and to withdraw. Your consent to receive electronic records is not a condition of getting a loan.

Important Disclosures

Who we are

Listo Loans is a brand of Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file no. 0800671541), with branches at 412 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX 79901 and 500 N. Zaragoza Rd. Ste. Y, El Paso, TX 79907. Loans are made and closed at our El Paso branches. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans under Chapter 342 of the Texas Finance Code. We are not a payday lender, an auto title lender or a credit access business (CAB).

Loan terms

Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,340 with repayment terms of 4 to 18 months, paid in scheduled installments. There is no balloon payment and no prepayment penalty; paying early can reduce the interest you pay. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms may change and depend on your application, income, ability to pay and Texas law. Your exact terms are confirmed at application.

Our online application accepts requests from $100 up to $35,000. Larger requests are reviewed through our secure online form service; approval, amount and terms are not guaranteed and may differ from our branch signature loans.

Cost of credit

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule for your loan are disclosed in writing under the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal installment loans can be an expensive form of credit; please review your disclosures and loan agreement carefully and borrow only what you can repay on schedule. Late or missed payments may result in charges permitted by your loan agreement and Texas law.

Approval

Approval is not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review of your application, income, employment, identity and credit. Decision times such as "as little as 15 minutes" are estimates and are not a promise; funding depends on completing verification and signing your loan documents at the branch.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. Submitting it is a request to be contacted and does not create a loan. Information you submit is used to process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, federal law (USA PATRIOT Act) requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other identifying information, and may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Military borrowers

Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) to 36% on covered consumer credit. Please tell us if you or your spouse are on active duty.

Equal credit opportunity

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
