Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.listoloans.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Listo Loans ("Listo Loans," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the effective date shown at the top of the page.

What the Site is for

The Site provides information about our personal signature installment loans and lets you contact us or start an application. Loans are closed at our El Paso branches. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend or legal, tax or financial advice. Only a written loan agreement that you sign is a binding credit contract.

Eligibility

To apply for a loan you must be at least 18 years old, be able to enter into a binding contract, and provide truthful, complete and current information. Our loans are offered in Texas under Texas Finance Code Chapter 342. We are not a payday lender or a credit access business.

Loans and approval

  • Our loans are personal signature installment loans of $100 to $1,340 with terms of 4 to 18 months. They do not require collateral, have no balloon payment and carry no prepayment penalty.
  • Approval is not guaranteed. We review your application, income, job history and credit before making a decision.
  • Loan amounts, terms and availability may change. Your exact amount, term, payment schedule and cost are stated in the disclosures you receive before you sign, as required by the federal Truth in Lending Act.

Accuracy of the information you give us

You agree that everything you submit through the Site, by phone or in person is accurate and yours to provide. Giving false information may lead us to decline or cancel an application and may have legal consequences. To comply with the USA PATRIOT Act we will ask you to verify your identity before a loan is made.

Credit and verification

By applying you authorize us to verify the information you provide, which may include contacting your employer, checking your identity and obtaining consumer reports from credit reporting agencies. If we decline an application based on a consumer report, we will send the notice required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

Fees, charges and payments

Any fees or charges are disclosed in your loan agreement and are limited by Texas law. Please read the agreement before signing and ask us about anything that is unclear. The Site does not list fees or rates because they depend on the loan you are offered.

Communications

We may contact you about your application or loan by phone, mail or, where you have agreed, by text message or electronic delivery. See our Text Message Policy and E-Consent page for details on how to opt in or out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, submit information about another person without permission, interfere with the Site or its security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy data from the Site by automated means.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service that has its own privacy terms. Information you submit online is transmitted to that service so we can process your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site text, design, logos and other content belong to Listo Loans Management, LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

Limits on liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the extent Texas and federal law allow, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any right you have under your loan agreement or under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. See also our Legal Disclaimer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. Any lawsuit about your use of the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas. Terms for disputes about a loan are those in your signed loan agreement.

If part of these terms is unenforceable

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Important Disclosures

Who we are

Listo Loans is a brand of Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file no. 0800671541), with branches at 412 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX 79901 and 500 N. Zaragoza Rd. Ste. Y, El Paso, TX 79907. Loans are made and closed at our El Paso branches. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans under Chapter 342 of the Texas Finance Code. We are not a payday lender, an auto title lender or a credit access business (CAB).

Loan terms

Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,340 with repayment terms of 4 to 18 months, paid in scheduled installments. There is no balloon payment and no prepayment penalty; paying early can reduce the interest you pay. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms may change and depend on your application, income, ability to pay and Texas law. Your exact terms are confirmed at application.

Our online application accepts requests from $100 up to $35,000. Larger requests are reviewed through our secure online form service; approval, amount and terms are not guaranteed and may differ from our branch signature loans.

Cost of credit

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule for your loan are disclosed in writing under the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal installment loans can be an expensive form of credit; please review your disclosures and loan agreement carefully and borrow only what you can repay on schedule. Late or missed payments may result in charges permitted by your loan agreement and Texas law.

Approval

Approval is not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review of your application, income, employment, identity and credit. Decision times such as "as little as 15 minutes" are estimates and are not a promise; funding depends on completing verification and signing your loan documents at the branch.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. Submitting it is a request to be contacted and does not create a loan. Information you submit is used to process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, federal law (USA PATRIOT Act) requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other identifying information, and may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Military borrowers

Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) to 36% on covered consumer credit. Please tell us if you or your spouse are on active duty.

Equal credit opportunity

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
