Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Listo Loans ("we," "us"), handles personal information collected through www.listoloans.com, by phone and at our El Paso branches. The Site has no user accounts.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number or other identification, employer, income and job history, bank information, and the details of your loan request.
  • Information about your loan: loan terms, payment history and communications with us.
  • Information from others: consumer reports and credit information from credit reporting agencies, and verification of employment or income.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and visit times, collected automatically through cookies and similar tools.

How we use information

  • To review applications, verify identity and decide whether to offer a loan
  • To make, service and collect loans, and to communicate with you about them
  • To prevent fraud and comply with laws such as the USA PATRIOT Act
  • To improve the Site and understand how it is used
  • To respond to your questions and requests

How we share information

We share personal information only as permitted by law. This may include sharing with service providers that help us operate (for example, technology, payment and document-handling providers) under obligations to protect the information; with credit reporting agencies to verify your application or report loan performance; with regulators, courts and law enforcement when required; and in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) privacy notice

The federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires financial companies to tell customers how they collect and share nonpublic personal information. The categories we collect are described above. We share nonpublic personal information with the parties described in the previous section in order to process transactions you request, service your loan, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements, all of which the law permits without your authorization. We do not share your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated companies so that they can market their own products to you. Because we share only as described, no opt-out is required by federal law for this sharing. If you would like to limit any other sharing or have questions, contact us at either branch. We protect nonpublic personal information with physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, and we limit access to employees and providers who need it. We continue to protect information after a customer relationship ends.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Online application and form provider

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. The information you enter is transmitted to that service to process your request, and the form provider has its own privacy terms. You may instead apply by phone or in person.

Cookies and analytics

The Site may use basic cookies and analytics tools to remember preferences, measure traffic and improve performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then work differently.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our loans are only for adults.

Your choices and access

You may ask us to correct inaccurate information or tell us how you prefer to be contacted. California residents and others with additional rights can read our Privacy Choices page. See our Text Message Policy for texts.

Important Disclosures

Who we are

Listo Loans is a brand of Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file no. 0800671541), with branches at 412 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX 79901 and 500 N. Zaragoza Rd. Ste. Y, El Paso, TX 79907. Loans are made and closed at our El Paso branches. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans under Chapter 342 of the Texas Finance Code. We are not a payday lender, an auto title lender or a credit access business (CAB).

Loan terms

Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,340 with repayment terms of 4 to 18 months, paid in scheduled installments. There is no balloon payment and no prepayment penalty; paying early can reduce the interest you pay. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms may change and depend on your application, income, ability to pay and Texas law. Your exact terms are confirmed at application.

Our online application accepts requests from $100 up to $35,000. Larger requests are reviewed through our secure online form service; approval, amount and terms are not guaranteed and may differ from our branch signature loans.

Cost of credit

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule for your loan are disclosed in writing under the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal installment loans can be an expensive form of credit; please review your disclosures and loan agreement carefully and borrow only what you can repay on schedule. Late or missed payments may result in charges permitted by your loan agreement and Texas law.

Approval

Approval is not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review of your application, income, employment, identity and credit. Decision times such as "as little as 15 minutes" are estimates and are not a promise; funding depends on completing verification and signing your loan documents at the branch.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. Submitting it is a request to be contacted and does not create a loan. Information you submit is used to process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, federal law (USA PATRIOT Act) requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other identifying information, and may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Military borrowers

Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) to 36% on covered consumer credit. Please tell us if you or your spouse are on active duty.

Equal credit opportunity

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
