Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Our position on selling personal information

Listo Loans Management, LLC, doing business as Listo Loans, does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains the privacy rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and notes the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Our full Privacy Policy describes our practices in more detail.

Financial data is largely exempt

The CCPA does not apply to personal information that we collect, process, sell or disclose under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Most information connected to a loan application or loan, such as identity, income and credit data, falls under GLBA and is protected as described in our Privacy Policy. The rights below apply to personal information that is not covered by GLBA, such as some website visit data and general inquiries.

  • Delete: ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep by law).
  • Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask.

  • No discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices or give a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Texas residents

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights that may include access, correction, deletion and opt-out of certain processing. The Act does not apply to financial institutions subject to GLBA or to data covered by GLBA. You may still contact us with any privacy question and we will respond as the law provides.

Important Disclosures

Who we are

Listo Loans is a brand of Listo Loans Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas SOS file no. 0800671541), with branches at 412 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX 79901 and 500 N. Zaragoza Rd. Ste. Y, El Paso, TX 79907. Loans are made and closed at our El Paso branches. Listo Loans offers personal signature installment loans under Chapter 342 of the Texas Finance Code. We are not a payday lender, an auto title lender or a credit access business (CAB).

Loan terms

Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,340 with repayment terms of 4 to 18 months, paid in scheduled installments. There is no balloon payment and no prepayment penalty; paying early can reduce the interest you pay. Loan amounts, rates, fees and terms may change and depend on your application, income, ability to pay and Texas law. Your exact terms are confirmed at application.

Our online application accepts requests from $100 up to $35,000. Larger requests are reviewed through our secure online form service; approval, amount and terms are not guaranteed and may differ from our branch signature loans.

Cost of credit

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule for your loan are disclosed in writing under the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal installment loans can be an expensive form of credit; please review your disclosures and loan agreement carefully and borrow only what you can repay on schedule. Late or missed payments may result in charges permitted by your loan agreement and Texas law.

Approval

Approval is not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review of your application, income, employment, identity and credit. Decision times such as "as little as 15 minutes" are estimates and are not a promise; funding depends on completing verification and signing your loan documents at the branch.

Online application

Our online application is processed through a secure third-party form service. Submitting it is a request to be contacted and does not create a loan. Information you submit is used to process your request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, federal law (USA PATRIOT Act) requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. We will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other identifying information, and may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Military borrowers

Covered active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) to 36% on covered consumer credit. Please tell us if you or your spouse are on active duty.

Equal credit opportunity

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
